Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team on our day shift. Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and safely
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes
Perform routine nursing assessments and approved clinical procedures
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team
Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care at all times
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina, in good standing
Current CPR certification preferred
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Effective communication and documentation skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
