We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the clinical team at Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, resident-centered care while serving as a clinical leader within a supportive, team-focused environment. What You’ll Do- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
- Administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and accurately document all treatments and responses
- Provide direct bedside care for a variety of medical conditions, including pre- and post-surgical residents
- Monitor residents and manage specialized medical equipment while interpreting clinical data and electronic outputs
- Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
- Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other ordered nursing procedures
- Educate residents and families regarding treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
- Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
