We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the clinical team at Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, resident-centered care while serving as a clinical leader within a supportive, team-focused environment. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and accurately document all treatments and responses
• Provide direct bedside care for a variety of medical conditions, including pre- and post-surgical residents
• Monitor residents and manage specialized medical equipment while interpreting clinical data and electronic outputs
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
• Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other ordered nursing procedures
• Educate residents and families regarding treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
