Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Psychiatry for a travel assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. Key Responsibilities of the RN – Psych:
- Provide patient care to psychiatric patients as directed by a RN and according to the treatment team plan
- Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and family members
- Participate in department and team treatment programs
Requirements of the RN – Psych:
- Active RN license with BLS and CPI certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Psych nursing
- Strong interpersonal and de-escalation communication skills
- Experience with physical and medical restraints
