Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Pediatrics Pacu for a travel assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. This role focuses on providing care for primarily pediatric patients in a dynamic post-anesthetic care environment.

Key responsibilities of the RN – Pediatrics Pacu include:

• Provide care for pediatric patients post-surgery, with a focus on those not involving cardiac specialties
• Manage patient care with a 1:1 or 1:2 RN to patient ratio depending on acuity
• Perform telemetry monitoring
• Collaborate with the healthcare team in an open bay unit structure
• Occasionally manage care for adults based on the unit's needs

Requirements of the RN – Pediatrics Pacu include:

• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in critical care pediatrics; 2 years preferred
• Completion of at least one prior travel assignment
• Proficient with EPIC EMR and Alaris IV Pump
