Job Details:- Job Title: RN - Home Health
- Location: Winston Salem/NC
- Setting: Home Health
- Pay Range: 2204.40 - 2314.62
- Schedule: 8-Hour Days, 07:00:00-15:00:00
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
- Requirements: 2 years of experience as a RN, Valid RN license, Be willing to obtain NC licensure, Experience with OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR systems
- Provide comprehensive home health nursing care to patients in their residence.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, following all safety protocols.
- Document patient care activities accurately using OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR.
- Educate patients and family members on health management and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
