Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift (7pm-7am) in a telemetry and post-operative cardiothoracic unit.
You will lead the care team, collaborate with physicians to assess, plan, implement and evaluate a patient care plan, and ensure compliance with policies while managing devices and lines. Active NC RN licensure is required; if inactive for 5+ years, a refresher is required. Relocation assistance up to $7,500 is offered.
