Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neurosciences Unit at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time role offers 7am-7pm shifts on a high-acuity unit focused on stroke and neuro patients.
You will perform advanced neuro assessments, manage complex care, and collaborate with neurology and neurosurgery teams. Ideal candidates hold an RN license in good standing, a BSN is preferred, and one year of acute nursing experience with BLS certification.
