Make a Difference in Senior LivingWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Winston-Salem, NC.
In this role, you’ll lead and support the nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, compassionate care. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys leading a team, mentoring clinical staff, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults.
What We’re Looking For- ADN or higher in Nursing.
- Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, senior living, or a similar setting preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively leading and supporting a nursing team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
