We're looking for a Nurse Supervisor to join a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team where strong clinical leadership, teamwork, and compassionate patient care are valued every day.

What You'll Do- Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts/unit
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff
- Help develop and implement individualized patient care programs, policies, and procedures
- Serve as a key liaison between administration, nursing leadership, and staff
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, performance evaluations, and counseling
- Address staffing and patient-care issues and help drive effective resolutions
- Step in to provide direct patient care when needed
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs
- Promote a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on quality outcomes
- Celebrate patient progress and successes throughout their recovery journey
- Current RN license in accordance with state requirements
- ACLS certification required within 1 year of starting
- CRRN certification required within 1 year of meeting eligibility requirements
- BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of recent inpatient hospital experience within the last 5 years
- Previous nursing leadership experience, such as Charge Nurse, Lead RN, or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to provide direction, resolve issues, and maintain accountability for patient and staff outcomes
