The Registered Nurse (RN) will work full-time, with a schedule of 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday, without weekends or major holidays. Key responsibilities include functioning as a primary nurse, assisting with turnover and daily operations, and coordinating pre-admission assessments via telephone.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a valid RN license in the appropriate state. A minimum of one year of recent OR experience is required, with preferred qualifications for an associate or bachelor's degree. Additional skills include a thorough understanding of RN roles, workload organization, age-specific patient care, and proficient telephone screening and interviewing abilities. Certifications such as ACLS and PALS are preferred but not mandatory.
