Position Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – 8AE – General Medicine General Medicine Unit (26 Beds) at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Winston‑Selam, NC.

Hours:

35.1 per week with 3 12‑hour shifts, rotating every 3rd weekend, day shift. Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and effective communication.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• At least one year of RN experience.
