REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Product Quality Tester
in Tobaccoville

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Perform visual and physical inspections to ensure proper materials are being used.

• Perform various Quality audits on the required shift to verify products are within Quality specifications.

• Report all non-conformances from normal practices and procedures by means of Quality Control reports.

• Perform round oven moisture testing (pack moisture) and report results including out-of-spec non-conformances.

• Monitor round oven calibrations (pack moisture) and report negative trends for corrective action daily. Accurately operate within the following Quality systems: LIMS, VIDES, MES, Pilgrim, and SAP.

• Perform Pack Seal checks and document results, as required.

• Collect samples for analytical testing, which includes routine and “test” samples, as required.

• Ensure timely communication to Management regarding product non-conformances.

• Complete required FDA regulatory training

• Be aware of the Company environmental, health & safety policies and comply with the objectives as it relates to the role.

• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal oversight.

• Strong data analyzing and trending skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn and perform various duties.

• Demonstrated understanding of computer applications, systems and programs.

• Demonstrated knowledge of standard Quality guidelines and procedures.

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

• BENEFICIAL

• Experience with LIMS, VIDES, SAP, MES, and Pilgrim.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• General knowledge of TPMP requirements
