The successful Customer Service Crew Member can:

• Greet and engage guests positively
• Accept orders and process payments accurately
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment
• Work well with Delivery Partners
• Keep the facility clean

The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member can:

• Answer questions about menu items
• Prepare ingredients and menu items
• Restock products and workstations
• Use food preparation equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old; no experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operation documents
• Ability to stand long periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
• Positive and friendly demeanor with coworkers and guests
