Job description

Pay:
Start at $18-$19.50/hour ($34,560-$40,560+ annually) wage depends on availability and applicable experience; bonus and overtime wage potential every month into addition to regular hourly pay!

Basic Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years previous Restaurant Leadership experience is required. Serv Safe Certification is preferred.

* Be able to open and close the restaurant (paid training will accomplish this)

* Work at least 30 hours a week (we are happy to work with school schedules)

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays

* Lead a team of 15-20 people simultaneously

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A and NC DHEC Food Safety standards

* Exhibit exceptional customer service/hospitality characteristics

* Be servant-hearted and humble, must be coachable and willing to learn

* Lead and assist in operations in such a way to effectively meet established labor cost, food cost and customer service metric goals

* Believe in a total team mentality with expectations to spend time performing FOH and BOH functions and other duties assigned by the Owner/Operator, Directors, and other leaders including cooking, cleaning, food preparation and serving guests

* Coach team members to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales and continuously improve hospitality

* Work in conjunction with all management to enforce compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibility

* Review and monitor financial and operating performance of the restaurant; develop and implement action plans to correct inadequate performance
