Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, and assisting members with loading their vehicles. You will be constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answering any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are fulfilled by contacting members to notify them when pick‑up time is delayed, and informing them when products are unavailable
• Offer members alternative product options and ensure products are selected and packaged per company policies
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote company products and services
• Maintain the safety of the facility through sweeps and by reporting unsafe situations
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, process member purchases, assist with payments, locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and maintain parking lot cleanliness
