What You’ll Do- Support Store Operations & Client Experience. Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability in a fast‑paced environment.

- Assistant Store Management Experience. Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments, consistently driving results and elevating team performance through hands‑on leadership.

- Address: 3320 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston‑Salem, NC 27103, United States.
- Hours: Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance‑filled environment. Must handle and apply products to clients with or without accommodation.
- Salary: $58,500.00 – $68,068.00 annually (base). Bonus eligibility may apply.
