Our family of Harley-Davidson dealerships, located in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, is seeking a Part-time Motor clothes Associate to join our team in Shallotte, NC. We pride ourselves on offering superior customer service and are looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable team members who share a passion for Harley-Davidson.

This position is ideal for someone with an upbeat and energetic personality, self-motivated, and eager to share the Harley-Davidson experience with our guests. Training and all necessary tools will be provided to ensure your success.

• Providing exceptional customer service to all dealership visitors.
• Greeting customers promptly and courteously.
• Making all customers feel welcome, regardless of race, sex, or creed.
• Managing multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Handling telephone transactions courteously and efficiently.
• Promoting sales, specials, and new merchandise.
• Assisting customers with merchandise selection and suggesting complementary products.
• Processing payments accurately, verifying identification, and handling cash securely.
• Notifying customers of special orders or back-ordered items.
• Resolving customer complaints with empathy and a positive attitude, demonstrating our commitment to excellent service.
