Your primary responsibilities will include processing transactions and assisting customers with inquiries. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
• Provide information about products and services to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively.
• Ability to address customer needs.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
