Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Parts Stock Clerk to join our outstanding Parts Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying organized, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
As a valued member of our parts team, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department running efficiently by ensuring parts are received, organized, stocked, and delivered accurately.
What You'll Do- Receive and check in stock orders, then stock parts in the correct bin locations.
- Pull and distribute parts orders for technicians in a timely manner.
- Receive, reconcile, and properly locate shipments from outside vendors.
- Pick up parts from local vendors using a company vehicle when needed.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders for all pickups and deliveries.
- Process and verify payments received with delivery invoices.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.
