In this position, you will be the face of our parts department, assisting customers both in person and over the phone with inquiries, orders, and any other assistance they may need regarding automotive parts.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their needs using catalogs, inventory systems, and professional knowledge.
• Process customer orders efficiently, whether they occur in-person, over the phone, or via online platforms.
• Maintain an organized, accurate, and current inventory of all parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts needed for servicing vehicles.
• Provide support and expertise to both retail customers and technicians, offering solutions tailored to their unique requirements.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and elevate as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep sales and inventory records updated and prepare reports as required by management.
• Stay informed about product innovations, industry trends, and advancements in automotive parts.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role in automotive parts counter sales or in a related field.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and parts.
