We are recruiting motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representatives to join a rapidly expanding team in Charlotte. Responsibilities- Canvass assigned territories to generate sales and build brand awareness
- Educate prospective customers on product features, pricing and service advantages
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to support sales campaigns
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and submit customer sales orders
- Maintain accurate customer records and track activity using the CRM
- Handle customer queries on products, pricing and service timelines
- Attend regular team meetings
- Represent the brand in a professional, positive and customer-focused manner
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and prospecting process
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong time management and communication abilities
- Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven success in cold outreach and converting leads into sales
- Developing leadership qualities and a strong drive for personal growth
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity
- Creative and proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Base salary plus uncapped commission
- Total compensation potential up to $95,000
