Licensed Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients
• Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls daily in a customer‑facing role
• Maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as necessary
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and capability to maintain a distraction‑free work environment
• High‑speed broadband internet service with specific speed requirements

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset
• Experience in the insurance industry or related fields
