Key Responsibilities Manage low- and no-touch renewals for small to mid-sized customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and send standard renewal quotes and contracts, tracking renewal status in Salesforce Monitor renewals for risk signals and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in renewals, customer operations, sales support, or customer-facing roles Experience working in Salesforce or another CRM Organized and reliable with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Business proficiency in English required
