Storm3 is working with a health tech company redefining access to primary and specialty care by delivering a seamless, human-centered healthcare benefit employers, health plans, brokers, and TPAs can actually use. Their model combines virtual providers with onsite clinical support to drive better outcomes, higher utilization, and measurable ROI for partners. The company is now scaling its commercial team to accelerate adoption with strategic buyers.
The role is an individual contributor focused on driving new business and revenue by selling into health plans, benefit consultants, brokers, and employers. An ideal candidate has a strong track record of complex B2B sales in healthcare or benefits, excellent relationship skills, and a deep understanding of employer and payer decision-making.
- Experience selling into the employee benefits space
- Experience selling through broker/consultant channels
- Must be located in NC or SC
- $150k - $160k base, depending on experience
- $250k+ OTE (uncapped commission)
- Equity
