Direct Hire | Full-Time | Field Sales
Responsibilities:- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and referrals
- Develop strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Meet with clients in person and virtually to understand their needs and present solutions
- Grow revenue within existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and follow-up
- Track sales activity and opportunities within the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales leadership to review performance and strategize for growth
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
- Strong networking and relationship skills
