Security Officer Entry Desk Coordinator – Winston Salem, NC. As a part‑time security officer, you will assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a financial institution setting through greeting, access management, and clear communication. You will remain visible, respond to security‑related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service while staying stationary at the front desk. Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour
Job ScheduleSaturday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Sunday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
What You’ll Do- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.
- Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage access control processes, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor entry in accordance with location guidelines.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate.
- Answer phones, assist with directional inquiries, receive deliveries, and support front desk administrative tasks that help to maintain orderly daily operations within a financial services location.
- Prepare accurate logs, reports, and/or incident documentation related to security‑related concerns, visitor activity, and front desk observations.
- Must have supervisory experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have 5 or more years of security‑related experience.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
