Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out site-specific procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances and exits, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter.;
Observe and report suspicious activity, potential hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel while helping to deter unauthorized activity.;
Document incidents, patrol observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
