The North Carolina Zoo seeks an experienced Security Guard for its second shift Security team. This position provides after-hours safety and security, including emergency response for Zoo life-support systems.
The schedule is rotational, 4:00 pm to Midnight, including weekends and some holidays, with a 10% shift premium pay. This role operates Zoo-wide communications and surveillance, controls site access, patrols facilities, and responds to emergencies per NC Zoo policies.
