Construction​/Maintenance Technician

RYCO Construction is a commercial and residential General Contractor specializing in new construction, renovations, and ongoing property maintenance. We’re growing and looking for a skilled, dependable Construction / Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety. You’ll work on residential and commercial job sites performing construction tasks, repairs, and property maintenance. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.

• Perform general construction and repair work (framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, etc.)
• Handle property maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Assist with remodels, tenant improvements, and punch-list items
• Maintain job site cleanliness and follow safety standards
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and clients
• Troubleshoot issues and propose practical solutions in the field

• 1+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, or related trades
• General carpentry and repair skills
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems preferred
• Ability to read work orders, plans, or instructions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
