Job Description
Lula is looking for a 1099 Electrician to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Winston‑Salem North Carolina Area
. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable transportation.
- We pay extremely fast (within 24 hours of completing a job via ACH)!!
- You set your own hourly rates
- We have a lot of work on a daily basis
- Residential Electrical Experience
- Must have valid
- Must provide your own tools and materials
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Must have transportation
