No 24/7 or on call. Company phone (or monetary reimbursement) and iPad. Continued Education. Commission. We keep our service techs highly trained and up to date with all the “new stuff” – so plan to get some extra training. Weekly staff meetings that are often catered (free food and coffee). Clean, fully stocked trucks with over $10k worth of tools. Company provided vehicle (if you live within a 30-mile radius of the shop).
