The
Senior Service Technician
is responsible for safely and successfully maintaining and servicing
industrial heating and air conditioning systems
. This is a hands-on field role requiring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial HVAC systems
Diagnose issues and repair to the
electronic control board level
Replace faulty breakers, controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and wiring
Repair and maintain motors, compressors, pumps, fans, and blowers
Record and track pressure, temperature, airflow, and humidity data
Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain current certifications
Work on refrigeration and water systems (experience a plus)
QualificationsMinimum4 years of experience
servicing industrial HVAC systems
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and instructions
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities under pressure
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required to operate company vehicle)
Availability to work on-call, after-hours, and weekends as needed
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and professionally
Physical RequirementsStand/walk up to 8 hours daily
Lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds and carry short distances
Stoop, crawl, crouch, twist, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces
Climb ladders and work on rooftops or above ceilings
Work in outdoor environments year-round
