• Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Conducting comprehensive troubleshooting of HVAC systems to identify and rectify any issues or malfunctions.
• Regularly inspecting HVAC systems and their components (e.g., heat exchangers, diffusers, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.
• Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding the best HVAC systems to meet their specific needs and requirements.
• Collaborating with other construction professionals to ensure HVAC systems are integrated seamlessly into overall project plans.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and trends to provide the most efficient and innovative solutions to our clients.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician in the commercial sector.
• Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• A solid understanding of HVAC best practices and safety protocols.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and rectifying issues quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex HVAC issues in a clear and understandable manner.
• A team player mentality, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other construction professionals.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning, with a desire to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and trends.
