Construction Plumber

PF Plumbing is seeking a New Construction Plumber to install and service plumbing systems on residential and light commercial build projects in the Winston-Salem area. In this field-based role, you'll read blueprints, rough-in and finish water, waste, and vent systems, install water heaters and fixtures, and ensure all work meets local code and inspection standards. You'll work closely with site supervisors and apprentices, maintain a clean, safe job site, and represent PF Plumbing's customer-first, craftsmanship-focused culture while enjoying steady work and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts for new construction projects
• Rough-in, install, and finish plumbing systems for residential and light commercial builds
• Install water heaters, fixtures, piping, valves, and drainage systems to code
• Perform pressure testing, leak detection, and system start-up
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and inspection requirements
• Collaborate with site supervisors, apprentices, and other trades to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company tools/vehicles
• Communicate professionally with builders, inspectors, and customers as needed
• Document work completed and report material needs or issues to supervisors
