- Night Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong controls and automation skills to support a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated production equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and support PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo motors, and industrial controls.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment changeovers.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Support automation systems, industrial networks, and production uptime.
- Document maintenance activities and follow all safety procedures.
Requirements
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Work Environment
Clean, fast-paced manufacturing facility with modern automated equipment. Hands-on role working closely with maintenance and production teams. Own tools required.

This is a Contract position based out of Winston Salem, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
