Maintenance Mechanic

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and help keep equipment and facilities running smoothly. This role requires mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and fabrication work in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

• Repair and maintain conveyors, belts, chains, bearings, motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and equipment repairs.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot machine issues using HMI's and other troubleshooting methods
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machine shop equipment safely.

• Maintenance or industrial mechanical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills.
• Ability to work different shifts as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston-Salem, NC.

The pay range for this position is $32.67 - $32.67/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
