Technician in Winston Salem, NC.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 7:30am-4:30pm (Work longer than 8 hour days on occasion)

Pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE, Weekly Pay!

The Installation Technician is responsible for completing installations safely, accurately, efficiently, and according to scheduled timelines. Provide professional customer experience, and ensure each customer is satisfied with the complete installation before leaving the jobsite.

• Organize and prioritize daily workflow to meet installation schedules and customer commitments.
• Complete installations accurately, efficiently, and according Client’ s standards.
• Communicate jobsite challenges, delays, material concerns, or other issues to the Installation Manager promptly.
• Work with management to resolve job-site issues quickly and efficiently.
• Log into and out of every job using Print IQ to ensure accurate time tracking and billing.
• Upload clear photos of completed installations into Print IQ.
• Add installation notes to jobs when appropriate, including photos and any information that may be useful for future or similar installations.
• Monitor the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Maintain and properly use company tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials.
• Complete all work while minimizing waste, damage, and unnecessary equipment use.
• Ensure the jobsite is left clean, safe, and presentable upon completion.
• Provide professional customer service and confirm customer satisfaction before leaving the job site.

• Must be able to pass all new hire screenings.
• Previous installation, construction, fabrication, signage, or skilled-trade experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, installation instructions, measurements, and job specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and have computer skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 50 feet.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with changing schedules and priorities, including job locations.
• Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when required.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  
  Must be able to stand/walk 8-12 hours per day.
