The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced, HVAC-certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.
Bring your skills to a team that keeps communities running smoothly and residents comfortable all year long!
Job Responsibilities:- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units
- Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems.
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
- Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
- Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
- A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC)
- At least 6 months of onsite experience
- Valid I.D. Required
- Have reliable transportation
- Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
- CPO Certification a Plus!
This is a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!
