We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Employment Specialist (Job Coach) to support individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining meaningful employment. If you enjoy working one‑on‑one, building community connections, and making a real impact—this role is for you.

• Support a caseload of individuals in reaching their employment goals
• Develop relationships with local employers and create job opportunities
• Provide hands‑on job coaching, training, and ongoing support
• Match employer needs with client strengths for long‑term success
• Conduct assessments and community‑based job evaluations
• Track progress, maintain reports, and collaborate with community partners
• Stay alongside clients during training and gradually reduce support as they gain independence

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Passion for helping others succeed in the workplace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends as needed)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean background

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, databases, email)
• Willingness to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, HIPAA, etc.)
