Youth Care Worker – Winston‑Salem, NC
$15+/hour based on education & experience | Full‑time | Night shift available (7p‑7a)
Are you passionate about helping youth build brighter futures? Join Methodist Home for Children as a Youth Care Worker at our Assessment Center in Winston‑Salem. You’ll be a mentor, role model, and daily support for youth ages 10–17 as they work toward positive change.
Responsibilities- Support and guide youth during their stay
- Lead engaging activities and life skills programming
- Implement individualized service plans
- Create a safe, positive, and respectful environment
- Demonstrate strong ethics, compassion, and professionalism
- Starting pay of $15/hour (more with experience/education)
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Paid holidays, vacation & sick leave

- 12‑hour shifts (7p‑7a)
- At least 21 years old
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid NC driver's license
- Pass background checks and drug screening
