Our client seeks a senior software engineer with a UI focus to build scalable, high-quality applications that support fraud risk mitigation for charitable platforms. The role requires strength in Angular, sound computer science fundamentals, RESTful API integration, and collaboration across Agile teams. The engineer will mentor junior developers, uphold coding standards, and deliver clean, well-tested code across the SDLC.

Rate: $70.00 to $78.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Build and enhance UI components using Angular to deliver responsive, accessible, and performant user experiences.
- Design and integrate RESTful web services and APIs with front-end applications.
- Mentor junior staff and establish coding standards, code review practices, and quality gates.
- Lead and contribute across all phases of the SDLC from design through deployment in Agile teams.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to deliver fraud risk mitigation capabilities.
- Produce clean, well-tested, and refactored code with unit and integration tests.
- Promote continuous integration and continuous delivery practices and automation.
- Strong experience with modern MVC frameworks, primarily Angular or AngularJS, and JavaScript design patterns.
- Proficiency with CSS3 and responsive design using CSS frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience building RESTful services and integrating APIs.
- Familiarity with relational and No
SQL databases. - Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile practices.
- Ability to conceptualize object-oriented design and apply engineering design patterns.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Some Java/J2EE experience (Java 11+), with frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate JPA.
