As a Lead Full Stack Android Engineer, you will drive the technical direction and architecture for the critical product surfaces that bring our marketplace together — campaign management and creation, unified dashboards and reporting, audience and asset tooling, and the APIs that connect demand to supply. You will provide technical leadership across front-end, back-end, and data engineering, steering the unified product architecture at the heart of our FY27 roadmap.

The underlying platform requires heavy back-end engineering, low-latency optimization, and sophisticated algorithmic problem-solving to manage massive throughput and real-time marketplace dynamics.

• Architect & Execute:
  Lead the design, architecture, and execution of high-impact, full-stack features—from responsive web front-ends to scalable back-end services and APIs that power campaign management, reporting, and marketplace optimization
• Technical Strategy:
  Establish the technical direction across a polyglot stack, ensuring the front end remains lightweight by strategically pushing complex computational logic, data modeling, and heavy algorithmic weight into robust, highly scalable back-end services
• System Integration:
  Drive the design and integration of robust, well-designed APIs that unify DT products into a cohesive ecosystem, breaking down potential silos
• Operational Excellence:
  Take end-to-end accountability for service reliability, defining standards for testing, observability, performance, and on-call rotation while fostering a culture of collective quality

• Platform Leadership: 5+ years of experience architecting and shipping production platforms, with a heavy, proven focus on backend architecture, system design, and deep code optimization
• Advanced Problem Solving:
  Strong algorithmic fundamentals, data structures, and a proven track record of leading solutions for complex data-processing or resource optimization problems
• Polyglot Mindset:
  Demonstrated capability to be highly effective in more than one language/ecosystem (eg, Type Script/JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, Scala, or C++)—with a mindset that optimizes for the problem, not a single tool
• Full-Stack Mastery:
  Solid command of modern front-end frameworks (eg, React) and back-end service design, paired with deep experience utilizing relational and/or distributed data stores (MySQL, PostgreSQL, and similar)
• Engineering Fundamentals:
  Strong foundational expertise in API design, data modeling, testing methodology, and large-scale system design
• Autonomous Impact:
