Partnership Activation Intern

Job Reports To: Manager, Partnership Activation & Vice President, Marketing and Partnership Activation

Status: Part-time seasonal

Start Date: Mid-March 2026 (flexible with academic schedule)

End Date: September 2026 (flexible with academic schedule)

Job Description:

The Partnership Activation Intern will assist with enhancing our Partners' experience at the Dash. The ideal candidate is

someone who is self-motivated, creative, and can multitask multiple projects at one time. This internship focuses on

partnership services, in-game activations, and proof of performance with an opportunity for sales experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Taking pictures of sponsor activations on gamedays
• Uploading and organizing Proof of Performance images and videos from partner activations
• Assisting in designing and organizing presentations, including but not limited to, proposals, promotions, proof of performances, end-of-season recaps, etc.
• Track sponsor activations and maintain inventory lists of partner assets throughout the season
• Collect data pertaining to engagement, impressions, and frequency of sponsor activations
• Aid in pre-game setting up of suites and hospitality areas for each Dash home game
• Assist with any in-game sponsor activations or presentations
• Assist with other departments as necessary
• Other responsibilities as needed, including but not limited to, tarp pulls, firework cleanup, community events,

mascot appearances, etc.)

Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible and demanding hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience is required
• Ability to use camera to capture sponsor activations is preferred (camera provided)
• Ability to work in a team setting

Training:

All new hires in the Winston-Salem Sponsorship department will be thoroughly trained in all job duties and responsibilities.

You will receive training and skills needed to be successful with the Winston-Salem Dash or any other professional team.
