Dedicated Regional Driver | $86.9K–$105K Yearly Potential + Store Roller Unloading
The Opportunity:Join a dedicated regional fleet running high-volume dry van freight. Earn top-tier CPM pay plus lucrative load unload bonuses while enjoying guaranteed weekly weekend home resets.
- Average Weekly Gross: $1,672 per week
- Top Weekly Gross: $2,020 per week
- CPM Scale: $0.70 to $0.84 CPM
- Additional Compensation: $320/load unload pay + 5-day mentorship pay ($175/day)
- Weekly Distance: ~1,004 average miles per week
- Cargo Handling: 100% dry freight; store unloading using gravity roller systems
Driver
Qualifications:
- Commercial Background: 3 months minimum of verifiable Class A CDL history over the last 6 months.
- Certifications & Physicality: Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, and physical capability for manual offloading.
- Safety Verification: Clear background check and MVR; must pass DOT urine and hair follicle drug screenings.
