Line Service Technician

The Line Service Technician is a customer-focused position responsible for supporting all ground operations for inbound and outbound aircraft, flight crews, and passengers. This role also provides operational support to the FAA Part 145 Repair Station and contributes to the safe, efficient, and professional delivery of aircraft maintenance services.

• 1. Perform line service duties as assigned by acceptable methods, techniques, and practices.
• 2. Responsible for guiding, towing, parking, greeting and organizing aircraft that are arriving or departing from a Honda Aircraft ramp.
• 3. Assist with performing Customer Service Facility Audits on equipment, tooling, and shop expendables.
• 4. Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing shop equipment to a high standard.
• 5. Assist the Repair Station with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks as required.
• 6. Perform assigned work in a safe, effective manner while practicing good housekeeping in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• 7. Provide daily turnover communication to fellow team members on critical tasks and items of importance.
• 8. Perform other duties as directed by the Service Center Manager.

• 1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2. Experience working in an aviation environment.

• 1. Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise, heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.
• 2. Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
• 3. Work safely and professionally while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.)
