ITAD Warehouse Receiving Clerk

Location: Winston-Salem, NC (On-site)
Pay: $18 - $22 per hour

The Warehouse Receiving Clerk is the first point of contact for every piece of hardware that comes through our Winston-Salem dock. You will receive shipments, verify them against paperwork, inspect and label components, and record everything accurately in our inventory system. The quality of our inventory data starts with you.

This is a detail-oriented job with a lot of repetition. It suits someone who is comfortable on a computer, works carefully, and takes satisfaction in getting the same thing right every time.

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing lists, purchase orders, and other paperwork
• Inspect, sort, and label computer and server components
• Document discrepancies, damages, and serial numbers in the inventory system
• Disassemble servers and IT hardware for parts harvesting
• Maintain organized receiving and staging areas
• Follow all warehouse safety and handling procedures

• GED or equivalent high school credential
• Ability to disassemble computer and server hardware
• Proficiency with Acctivate ERP, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Windows file management
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
• English proficiency for workplace communication, safety, and documentation
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Must be local to the Winston-Salem area; this position is on-site

• 3+ years of warehouse experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, or similar roles
• 1+ year of experience handling electronics or IT hardware
