About the RoleAs a Fan Relations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering legendary service to every guest who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities- Greet every guest with warmth and energy — create a "Wow!" experience.
- Assist guests with orders and ensure 100% accuracy every time.
- Resolve concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain clean and welcoming guest areas, including dining room and restrooms.
- Promote surveys and encourage feedback to help us grow.
- Identify regular guests and personalize their experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food or full-service dining.
- Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Comfortable using a POS system and learning simple digital tools (e.g., surveys, scheduling apps).
