Installation Technician, Construction Manager/ Foreman
Lead Installer – Oversee High-Quality Playground and Amenity Installations for Parkforms, Inc
You will serve as a key field leader supervising high-impact recreational construction projects across local communities. This role empowers you to direct site crews, manage complex project logistics, and ensure every structure meets precise safety standards. You will directly influence team success while delivering vibrant, safe outdoor spaces that families and schools rely on.
Hands-on role that leads field installation crews during the construction and restoration of playground structures.
Direct site preparation efforts by managing accurate site layouts, excavation work, and concrete foundations.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and structural integrity.
Collaborate directly with project managers, clients, and suppliers to coordinate schedules and material deliveries.
Enforce jobsite safety protocols including fall protection standards, tool safety, and protective equipment compliance.
Conduct thorough quality inspections throughout all installation phases to verify compliance with safety codes.
Resolve real-time field challenges quickly while keeping projects moving efficiently on schedule.
Minimum of 3 years of related construction, installation, or field leadership experience.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Proven proficiency in reading blueprints, construction schematics, and technical specifications.
Hands-on expertise operating heavy equipment, power tools, framing systems, and concrete finishing tools safely.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% for project assignments outside the local area.
Hourly pay rate ranging from $25.00 per hour.
Annual performance bonus eligibility.
