The Senior Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Winter Haven, FL. This position supports executive and management staff with advanced administrative and clerical tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports. The role involves handling emails, maintaining files and records, processing documents, and ensuring accurate data entry into systems and databases. The Senior Administrative Assistant will coordinate office activities, assist with internal communications, support project deadlines, and uphold professional standards of confidentiality and customer service.
Qualifications- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for senior leadership.
- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls, respond to inquiries, and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email and scheduling tools) and basic database or HR systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Previous experience supporting executives or working in a government or consulting environment is preferred.
- High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
