Team Member Relations Coordinator

Summary:
- Provides professional support by offering specialized consultation in team member relations, employment, performance management, and team member disciplinary issues.
- Provides team member engagement consultation, interpretation of related policies, procedures, and practices.
- Provides ongoing educational training.
- Serves as a direct point of contact and partners with leadership and team members to resolve issues.
- Conducts internal audits, investigations, regulatory compliance and support, with various policies, laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Field - Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Human Resources - 5 years Human Resources experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree but with High School Diploma
- Preferred: 2 years in Healthcare Management.
